Tabled below is a brief description of the different columns / fields used with NetPlus.

 

Data Column

Description

Bid

The highest price a buyer is willing to pay for a stock in the market.

Bid Qty

The number of shares a buyer is willing to purchase at the quoted bid price (may be from multiple orders).

Bid Price

The price a buyer is willing to pay for a security.

%Cash Map

% Cash Map represents the Cash In percentage from the total turnover ([Cash In/(Cash In + Cash Out)]*100). The cash in and cash out percentages are represented graphically, where the green area represents the Cash In percentage and the red area represents the Cash Out percentage.

Chg./Change

The difference between the current price and the last traded price of the previous day.

Company

Name of the company which represent a symbol.

% Change

The percentage change of the difference between the last traded price and the previous closed price divided by the previous closed price.

((Last Traded Price - Previous Closed Price ) / Previous Closed Price) *100

Date

The current date of the relevant exchange.

Description

The detailed description of a symbol.

Exchange

A marketplace in which securities, commodities, derivatives and other financial instruments are traded.

High

The Highest trade value of a particular symbol/ security which executed during a trading session.

 

Index

A statistical measure of the state of the stock market, based on the performance of stocks.

Last

Price at which the symbol was last traded (the most recent trade in a particular security) at a given time frame.

Low

The Lowest trade value of a particular symbol/ security which executed during a trading session.

Offer

The lowest price at which someone is willing to sell the security.

Offer Price

The price at which a seller is willing to sell a security.

Offer Qty.

The Offered quantity of a given symbol at a given time frame.

Splits

Number of Orders at each Bid/Offer Price level.

Splits (Bid Quantity)

The number of orders placed at the quoted bid price (may be from multiple orders).

Splits (Offer Quantity)

The number of orders placed at the quoted offer price (may be from multiple orders).

Status

Status of Exchange i.e. pre-open, close, open, etc

Symbol

A unique code used to denote a particular company/ security which is traded in the exchange. This is a unique ID assigned for trading purposes.

Turnover

Cumulative value of shares traded during the day.

Time

The time which the symbol was traded.

Title

The title of an announcement/news

Trades

The number of securities traded for the day.

Trend

An indicator based on the difference between the previous change and the current change of given symbol. Shows an UP arrow for positive trends and DOWN arrow for negative trends.

Volume

The number of shares or contracts traded in a security or an entire market during a given period of time
